You might think why have a PT as an advisor? Nutrition can directly affect recovery and function while an individual is under a personal trainers instruction. It makes sense, then, for personal trainers to be concerned with and address nutritional intake and eating patterns of their clients. We've engaged Bobby as our PT consultant to ensure our meals meet the nutritional needs of those in training, recovery or rehab.
