A note from our nutritionist about the heat & eat: many people are scared to eat ‘heavier, warming foods’ for lunch and dinner, fearing that they are too high in calories. My personal opinion is that we need to focus on 3 good quality, ‘proper’ meals per day that provide satiety for 4-5 hours. Consider this; a filling, proper meal containing a good balance of vegetables, protein and slow release carbohydrates will keep you satisfied right through until the next meal time. BREAKFAST

Typical western breakfasts are cereal from a box or a couple of slices of toast. Our ‘treats’ area great for spoiling a friend at work or taking home to a loved one for dessert or for that occasional indulgence with your morning coffee. At All Real Food we believe in balance and we don’t think you should feel guilty about enjoying something sweet from time to time.
